All services are tailored per client and may vary based on selected service plans.
2. Client Responsibilities
By working with us, you agree to:
Provide accurate business information and contact details
Grant necessary access to social media accounts or assets
Review and approve content in a timely manner
Use our services lawfully and respectfully
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any platforms we do not directly manage (e.g., email, hosting, website accounts).
3. Social Media Account Access
For us to perform services effectively, you may be required to share login credentials for social media platforms. These credentials:
Will be stored securely
Are accessed only by authorized members of our team
Will not be shared, sold, or misused
We recommend changing passwords once services are complete or upon request.
4. Payments and Billing
We offer flexible, customized pricing plans based on the level of service requested (frequency of posting, content types, custom features). Clients are required to:
Pay upfront or on an agreed-upon billing schedule
Understand that late or missed payments may delay services
Be aware that certain add-ons or extras may incur additional fees
Refunds are not guaranteed once services or deliverables have begun but may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Revisions and Deliverables
Each plan includes a set number of revisions (outlined in your agreement). Additional revision rounds may be billed separately. A&N Growth Agency will deliver work on a mutually agreed timeline, but we are not liable for delays caused by client inaction, missed communication, or third-party platforms.
6. Content Ownership and Portfolio Use
Clients own the content created for their business once payment is complete. A&N Growth Agency retains the right to display non-sensitive deliverables (like sample posts or videos) in our portfolio, unless otherwise requested in writing.
7. Cancellations and Termination
You may cancel services at any time by notifying us in writing. However:
Work already completed will not be refunded
You may be responsible for paying the remainder of your billing cycle
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or inappropriate conduct
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
We do our best to provide valuable, high-performing content and strategic guidance, but:
We do not guarantee increases in followers, sales, or engagement
We are not responsible for changes in platform algorithms or third-party platform errors
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
9. Privacy and Data Handling
Your data is protected according to our Privacy Policy. This includes how we collect, store, and use your information and credentials. We do not share or sell client data.
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States. Any disputes shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Monmouth County, NJ.
